The Technical Support Engineer provides answers to technical product questions from BonitaSoft customers.
The main objectives of the Technical Support Engineer are to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiently and within the terms of the customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs).
The Technical Support Engineer will report to the (English and French speaking) manager of Technical Support in Grenoble France, but will be part of the local Support team in San Francisco.

The Technical Support Engineer provides answers to technical product questions from BonitaSoft customers.

 

The main objectives of the Technical Support Engineer are to ensure customer satisfaction, efficiently and within the terms of the customer-specific service level agreements (SLAs).

 

The Technical Support Engineer will report to the (English and French speaking) manager of Technical Support in Grenoble France, but will be part of the local Support team in San Francisco.





Responsibilities :
  • Reproduce problems reported by customers, and ultimately respond with a solution.  If the problem requires help from other departments (R&D, Services, etc), the Technical Support Engineer passes on customer inquiries and follows up to ensure they are handled by other departments.
  • Communicate solutions with a strong Customer Satisfaction mindset.Provide R&D / developers with detailed description of problems faced by customers.
  • Create reports on bugs, product gaps and incomplete documentation.
  • Participate in project teams to help define new and maintenance releases versionsof products.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledgebase.

Qualifications :

The Technical Support Engineer thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses the following skills:

  • Technical requirements:
    • Linux and Microsoft Windows environments
    • Java programming & deployment architecture (J2EE, container)
    • SQL experience and proficiency (DAO, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to listen, understand, analyze and write solutions clearly and concisely
  • Tenacious problem-solver with strong analytical/QA mindset
  • Ability to maintain focus in an environment with frequent interruptions
  • Ability to meet short deadlines under pressure
  • Team player (support team often works together on planning and issues resolution, and with other BonitaSoft teams on roadmap and other planning)
  • Ability to work flexible hours (BonitaSoft has global customers, and distributed teams)
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and geographically diverse organization
  • English: fully fluent (native speakers strongly preferred)
  • Spanish: bilingual (strong oral and written skills) strongly preferred

Education and experience

Responsibilities :

As Director of Sales, you will be in charge of:

  • Contribute significantly to development and closing opportunities within the territory : detect opportunities, conduct software demonstrations and meetings with customers as well as negotiate and lead to the subscription.

Open Source Community Manager Paris or Grenoble, France 15-11-2011

Job description:

Rattaché au directeur services, vous modérerez et organiser les échanges au sein de la communauté. Vous serez en charge de la supervision et de l'analyse de l'évolution de la communauté open source du logiciel Bonita Open Solution. Vous devrez mettre en place des indicateurs qualitatifs et de tendances afin de mieux comprendre l'évolution de la communauté. Ces indicateurs devront être disponibles chaque semaine sous forme de rapports internes.



Responsibilities :

Dans ce cadre, vous serez chargé d'identifier les membres clés de la communauté et de réaliser des interviews pour les mettre en avant. Vous serez aussi en charge d'organiser des challenges techniques pour la communauté.


Qualifications :

De formation type BAC+5 (ingénieur, école de commerce), vous parlez parfaitement anglais et vous aimez les nouvelles technologies. Déjà très présent sur les médias sociaux, vous avez acquis une première expérience même courte d'animation d'une communauté sur internet.

Responsibilities :

Suite à une solide formation interne avec nos équipes, vos responsabilités :

  • Conseiller nos clients sur le développement et l'intégration de ce logiciel.
  • Réaliser des formations sur le logiciel Bonita Open Solution pour des profils métiers et/ou techniques.
  • Participer aux avant-ventes en aidant l’équipe commerciale à qualifier les besoins techniques de nos clients.
  • Enfin, notre logiciel étant open source, vous contribuerez  aux activités communautaires. BonitaSoft propose de fortes perspectives d'évolution à ses salariés.

Qualifications :
