Now in its 5th year, bpmNEXT remains the definitive showcase of the next generation of Business Process Management software – covering Advanced Analytics, Blockchain, Decision Management, Digital Transformation, Robotic Process Automation, AI, the Internet of Things, Process Mining, and the next generation of BPMS platforms. This year it will be held in Santa Barbara, California, April 18-20.

Bonitasoft CEO Miguel Valdes Faura and technical evangelist Lionel Palacin will be presenting at bpmNEXT, with this year a focus on blockchain and BPM.

Blockchain technology is enabling a paradigm shift in how companies do business by providing a new way to exchange assets. Blockchain is broader than Bitcoin and can be seen as an immutable, unhackable distributed database of digital assets. There are a growing number of Blockchain implementations in different domains such as supply chain management, digital voting, cloud storage and IOT networks, to name a few. Miguel and Lionel will illustrate different use cases in which blockchain and BPM technologies can support and strengthen each other. The Bonita BPM platform and Chain Core technology can be combined to create blockchain apps. In addition, intelligent queries can be performed on any part of a Blockchain transaction and Smart contracts and their underlying processes can benefit through the use of BPM technologies.
